Home Beautification Grants are closed for this year. If you are interested in applying for a grant in 2015, please call or email with your contact information and we will send you an information package once funding is confirmed.  

Revitalize Portage! Grants
The Revitalize Portage! program will provide funds of up to $5,000 to support short term projects in the City of Portage that bring the community together and address the priorities identified by the community and PCRC.
Note that funding is limited so please apply early!

Neighbourhood Renewal Fund 


The Portage la Prairie Community Revitalization Corporation provides guidance to Neighbourhoods Alive! by reviewing proposals to the Neighbourhood Renewal Fund (NRF) and providing recommendations. Organizations are encouraged to submit their proposals to us for review at least 30 days in advance of submitting them to Neighbourhoods Alive!  Our staff will work with you to strengthen your proposal by ensuring that your project meets the priorities in our community and contains all required information. NA! Intake deadline is October 1 2014

Proposal Development Assistance  

We are available to help groups serving the City of Portage la Prairie in developing proposals for projects that address the priority areas in our Community Plan. We will be happy to sit down with you to discuss your project and to review your proposals.
