Services: AbilitiCBT is an online virtual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy program free for any Manitoba resident aged 16 or older. They have programs to aid with anxiety, depression, insomnia, grief and loss, trauma support, OCD, social anxiety, pain management, and pandemic anxiety. They also provide self guided learning you can consult to help manage the demands of work, family and children, and life in general.
Services: Anxiety Canada provides a wide variety of tools and resources to help manage and understand anxiety. It also offers virtual training sessions based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Bite Back Winnipeg
Services: Bite Back Winnipeg is a website created by the West Central Bedbug Coalition in Winnipeg. The website answers common questions about bed bugs and also outlines a number of local and online resources to assist people in dealing with bed bugs.

Calm Harm is an app developed for teenage mental health using the basic principles of an evidence-based therapy called Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Calm Harm provides tasks to help you resist or manage the urge to self-harm. You can make it private by setting a password, and personalise the app if you so wish. You will be able to track your progress and notice change.
