Services: General Support Groups offer a safe and comfortable environment to talk with others, share experiences and gain additional support through multiple connections. Children's Support Program provides childcare programs to children of all ages so mothers have the opportunity to do personal things and it provides opportunities for children in the shelter to receive educational, active, quiet, indoor/outdoor, individual/group activities. Children also receive one on one time with Child Care worker and  time to interact with others in a group setting. Nutritional snacks are also available.                 
Follow-Up Program offers support and access to services through the shelter once clients have left. Individual clients can meet on a regular or needed basis, group sessions are available for those interested.                                            
The Residential Program offers a free, safe environment for women and children fleeing an abusive relationship. Supportive, non-judgmental counselling is provided daily.                                                    
Non-Residential Program offers support to those in abusive or violent relationships who are not staying in the shelter. It provides services to families as well as friends and neighbours to learn how to support a woman in ending the violence she is experiencing.  
Eligibility: Women or families in abuse situations; living, relationships, etc.
