Mental Health Summit

Presented by  Communities Building Youth Futures Mental Health Action Group and United Way Brandon and District, the Youth Mental Health Summit will be taking place at Stride Place on February 29th, 2024. It is a free one-day event and lunch will be provided.

The summit will be a combination of discussions and workshops focused on the mental health for youth in our community.  This is a by youth, for youth initiative and the event registration is limited to 15-30 year olds.

The event has 8 unique workshops to pick from, including topics such as 'Indigenous Approaches to Mental Health', 'Meditation' AND MORE! Register today to secure your spot.
